Michael Seraphin founder and managing director of Strats & Sparks GmbH, has inhaled the financial sector from the bottom up. From training as a bank clerk to positions as a senior consultant , trainer and coach for the Lower Saxony region of Deutsche Bank AG to regional manager.

He then moved into the communications industryas Managing Director and shareholder of Max Fields GmbH and gained international experience as a board member of the German American Business Chamber of South Florida .

He is passionate about sports and social engagement for Region 38, for example, he founded the Elm Peaks Challenge - a half marathon event that has supported regional charitable initiatives year after year since 2009. During the pandemic, he founded #wirzusammen gGmbh, which supported self-employed people and artists in need through no fault of their own.

He also studied applied artificial intelligence at the international university and became Global Head of Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Projects at novobit group GmbH in addition to his role as Global Head of Marketing & Sales.
